    • 1:15 PM: Lunch
    • 2:30 PM: Session Block 3
    • 3:45 PM: Session Block 4
    • 4:45 PM: Close & Civic Innovator Awards
    • 5:30 PM: Informal Happy Hour @ Treadwell Park 1st Ave
